Kathie's Fat and Sugar-free Oven Biscuits

Amount Ingredient
5-1/2 cups Robin Hood All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
6 ts. Baking Powder.
2 ts. Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
2 cups Skim milk, warmed
17 tb. Canola oil

Pre-heat oven to 450'F. Mix dry ingredients. Make a well in middle. Pour in skim milk, oil and eggs and mix well with a large spoon. Knead 15 times. Bowl should come clean after kneading dough. Make 12 biscuits and place in ungreased pan. Bake at 450 degrees for twenty minutes.

Enjoy with your favorite topping and serve with tea or coffee.
